Nebraska’s Yvonne Turner will compete in the 22nd Annual Three-Point Championships today, in Indianapolis in association with 2010 NCAA Men’s Final Four.
Turner, a 5-8 senior guard from Omaha, has 183 career three’s. She’s ranked second only to Kiera Hardy on Nebraska’s career list, while her 82 three-pointers, as a senior, ranked third in the Husker record book. She matched Iowa State’s Kelsey Bolte for the Big 12 Conference lead with 2.8 threes per game in league play this season, and finished the year with a 36.4 three-point shooting percentage.
