Former University of Nebraska at Kearney cornerback Arthur Hobbs has received a tryout offer with the San Diego Chargers. Hobbs, a native of San Diego, will work out with the team Thursday. Hobbs took part in San Diego State University’s pro day March 18, which gave him a chance to perform in front of numerous NFL teams. The Canadian Football League also has shown strong interest in Hobbs.
