Creighton Prep wins, forces second game for Class A baseball title

Creighton Prep forced a second game Thurday afternoon after a 14-4 win over Lincoln Northeast Thursday at Haymarket Park. The two teams are playing for the Class A championship. The Junior Jays broke the game open in the third inning with six runs on five hits when Prep sent 12 men to the plate.

Check back for updates on the second game.  In Class B, South Sioux City plays Norris at 4 p.m. and the winner takes on Lincoln Pius X at 7 p.m.
