Kerrey says health care is a huge economic issue for Nebraskans and a subject he feels deserves its own debate. He says the issue isn’t just about health care but it is about our entire economy and how much can realistically be spent.
Kerrey went on to say that debates inform citizens by not only helping them decide who to vote for but to understand important issues.
Kerrey and Fisher have agreed to one debate. That will be during the Nebraska State Fair in August.
