UNO forced to turn over football documents

A judge ruled that the University of Nebraska-Omaha athletic department must release all records about its cancelled football program to a law firm.  Husch-Blackwell, wants to determine if the school knew about it’s plans to drop football when it recruited new players.  If so, those players may be entitled to suing the university for damages, according to attorney Mike Degan.
