State authorities have revoked the licenses of three child care providers, one in Lincoln, one in Omaha and a third in Clarkson.
The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, announced the revocation of the following child care providers:
· Tammy Bolles, 916 South 29th Street, Lincoln
· Cheryl Greer, doing business as Family Loving Childcare, 4262 Corby, Omaha
· Amy Prusa, doing business as Amy’s Daycare, 314 Maple Street, Clarkson
Individuals who have lost their licenses may only provide child care for their own children; they may not care for other children. They also may not reapply for a child care license for two years.
