Suspect: Michael Robinson
An Omaha man is behind bars accused of burglary and possession of a controlled substance.
Police were called to a home near 56th and Spring Street in the midtown area on New Year’s Eve at 11:20. There were two residents inside and one discharged a firearm as a warning shot.
The suspect, 49 year old Michael Robinson, ran from the home. With the help of a K9, officers located Robinson nearby.
