Two others sentenced in Columbus home invasion, stabbing death

Two others involved in the home invasion and stabbing death of a Columbus man have been sentenced.

Kimberly Henderson of Columbus will serve between 50 and 60 years in prison for second degree murder in the death of Steven Jorgensen.

Quentin Critser of Lincoln has been sentenced to 35 to 45 years in prison.

Both had pleaded guilty.

Earlier, a Platte County District Court jury convicted 31-year-old Eric Henry of stabbing Jorgensen to death. He will received a mandatory life sentence.

Columbus police report that the three last year planned to break into Jorgensen’s house and rob him. The robbery turned violent, then deadly. Jorgensen died of multiple stab wounds. He was 51.
