Lincoln police accuse a 77-year-old of fatally stabbing his son-in-law during a birthday celebration in the victim’s home.

Charged with second degree murder is Bayapa Lingala, accused of stabbing 46-year-old Sujay Nooka in the chest with a knife. Nooka was rushed to a nearby hospital and underwent surgery, but died hours later.
