A western Nebraska teen-age boy is accused of secretly video-taping girls in a locker room at Gering High School.
Court documents identify the boy as a 16-year-old. He faces 20 misdemeanor counts of unlawful intrusion and 20 felony counts of unlawful intrusion via photograph. The documents accuse the boy of filming girls “in a state of undress.”
The Scotts Bluff County attorney has filed a motion to treat the 16-year-old as an adult.
School officials say both the victims and their parents have been notified. Counselors have been made available to the students.
