Two more young men have come forward indicating that they were victimized by former Lincoln soccer coach Sanford Kaplan as far back as 1999. The one young man would have been 10 years old at the time of his victimization. The other young man would have been 12. That brings to nine the number of victims who describe such things as being tied up from the rafters of the garage. Lancaster county Sheriff Terry Wagner says that he expects still more victims are out there and says that national statistics on children sexual assault cases indicates about a one in ten reporting rate. Sheriff Wagner says that they have obtained a list of eight young foreign exchange students who have stayed at Kaplan’s home over the years and are now in the process of contacting them.
