An arrest warrant was issued then dropped after an Omaha woman was late to court this week. Chyna Long was ticketed July 5th for no proof of insurance, no valid registration and for not properly restraining her three children inside her s-u-v. Long pleaded not guilty. She also apologized to the judge stating there was confusion on the court date. That case will go to trial on September 15th. On July 26th, Long’s three year old son, McKenzi Holley died after falling from the back seat of her moving s-u-v. Long stated that the child had unbuckled the seatbelt and opened the back door of the vehicle and fell on his head. She was charged with child neglect in his death.
