The Huskers come back to beat Baylor 32-20 after trailing 20-17 at the half. The win moves NU to 5-3 on the year, one game away from becoming bowl eligible and now 2-2 in the Big 12. The day was also very special for Nate Swift.
Swift’s career-high tying ninth catch also gave him his second straight 100-yard receiving and seventh 100-yard effort of his career. It was also the fifth time in his career that Swift hauled in a pair of touchdown catches in a game. Swift finished the day with a career-best 11 catches for 121 yards.
While Swift took center stage, Nebraska’s win over the Bears was a solid team effort. Ganz completed 32-of-46 passes for 336 yards, while hitting eight different receivers. The Huskers, converted 11-of-17 on third-down.
