Three teenagers were killed Sunday night in a two-vehicle crash in eastern Nebraska. The Cass County Sheriff says a car and a pickup truck collided near the town of Murdock about 7:15 PM. The car was driven by 15-year-old Tyler Eggert of Murdock.
The sheriff says Eggert apparently lost control and the car skidded sideways in the road and was hit by the truck. Eggert was killed, as were his two passengers — 17-year-old Angelica Washington of Elmwood and 15-year-old Dillion Synovec of Murdock. Officials say all three teens were students at Murdock High School.
The driver of the truck was also hurt — 60-year-old Donald Ross of Murdock — though his condition wasn’t released.
