Luke Hochevar tossed eight innings of one-run ball as the Omaha Royals knocked off the Albuquerque Isotopes 7-2 in the finale of a four game series Monday at Rosenblatt Stadium. The right-hander took a shutout into the eighth before the Isotopes broke through for single runs in the eight and ninth.
Ryan Shealy went 3-for-4 and scored twice for Omaha. Tug Hulett and Irving Falu each drove in two runs for the Royals, who earned a split of the series. The O-Royals now head to Oklahoma City to open a four-game series with the RedHawks tonight.
