The Omaha Royals game vs. the Fresno Grizzlies, scheduled for 6:35 p.m. Tuesday night at Rosenblatt Stadium, has been postponed due to rain. The two teams will make it up as part of a doubleheader on Wednesday, May 27, with the first pitch of the opening game at 5:05 p.m.
The pitching matchup in game one Wednesday is Fresno lefty Steve Hammond (2-2, 4.32) vs. Royals left-hander Bruce Chen (1-2, 4.76), followed in the nightcap by Grizzlies righty Matt Kinney (2-5, 6.60) vs. Omaha right-hander Brandon Duckworth (2-1, 4.71).
