Husker receiver Niles Paul entered a plea agreement with Lancaster County prosecutors and is ordered to pay $150 for reckless driving while charges of minor consumption and driving under suspicion are dropped.
On April 12, Nebraska State Patrol arrested Paul on suspicion of driving under the influence. Paul failed a field sobriety test, but was not charged with a DUI when he was arraigned last month.
NU head coach Bo Pelini suspended Paul for the final three spring practices, including the Red-White game on April 18. Paul rejoined the team’s offseason training program in June.
