The Nebraska Cornhuskers basketball team landed shooting guard Adrien Coleman from Stone Mountain, Georgia. He’s 6’4, and averaged 24 points per game as a senior. He’s rated the 69th best shooting guard in the nation by ESPN.
Coleman chose Nebraska after he didn’t qualify academically at UAB, who has a tougher entrance standard than the NCAA. Coleman, who was rated a three star recruit from rivals.com, is also a solid defensive player and with his long arms could be a decent two way player for head coach Doc Sadler.
Coleman is only listed at 190 pounds and will need to bulk up a little bit, but with size put aside could turn out to be a nice role player for the Huskers.
