DMV locations acoss the state were shut down briefly this morning. DMV Director Beverly Neth says there was a computer glitch that prevented images from being put on licenses. The problem is now fixed.
Those standing in line in Lincoln earlier this morning to get their drivers’ licenses were told the computer software was having problems again but, the system is back on again. July 20th the DMV system shut down statewide for two days because of what state officials described as a power surge when they updated the system.
