Nebraska’s Kelsey Griffin is one of just 21 candidates up for the Women’s Wooden Award, given to the nation’s top player as the list was narrowed. Griffin is having an incredible year averaging 19 points and 10 rebounds a game and shooting 63%. She just became the third player in Nebraska history to go over 1,600 points and 800 career rebounds and she set the NU career record of 444 free throws made in Tuesday’s win over Texas. Fox Sports will carry the women’s game at #9 Baylor on Sunday.
