Huskers add recruits from 10 states

February 4, 2010 By Bill Pollock

“I obviously recruited the class…I came here to win a national championship and win championships. I recruited a class that I fully believe will help us get that accomplished.” How can you not get excited about Nebraska head football coach Bo Pelini when you hear him talk like that? Pelini talked about the incoming class of 2010 and winning has certainly brought Nebraska back to top of mind awareness among elite high school student athletes.

In all there were 21 football players who signed with NU and four of those come from right here starting with 6’7 265 pound defensive linemen Jake Cotton from Lincoln Southeast. Tyler Evans, a 6’1 180 pound receiver from Waverly. Andrew Rodriquez, a 6’6 300 pound offensive linemen from Aurora H.S. and athlete Bronson March from Millard South.

Listen to more comments from head coach Bo Pelini below and click here to go to Huskers.com to catch video of all the recruits.
