There will be international flavor at Rosenblatt Stadium July 21st as the 2010 USA Baseball Collegiate National Team takes on the Japanese Collegiate All-Stars in a one-game match. Harold Cliff is the president of the Omaha Sports Commission and he says this event will be historic and he is hoping many games will be scheduled between Team USA and other countries.
USA General Manager Eric Campbell says fans could see a lot of familiar faces as many of those taking to the field will be College World Series players.
The game will be broadcast in the U-S and possibly in Japan. Tickets go on sale next month and the cost ranges from eight to ten dollars.
