Nebraska’s 8-man roster set for All-Star game

Giltner High football coach Jeff Ashby will help coach a group of 8-man football stars to represent the state of Nebraska in the third annual Nebraska/Kansas eight-man all-star game. Highlighting the roster is on of his Super-State players Nate Most and Howell’s Clint Bellina.

Most was honored as a second-team defensive back and was the Class D-1 all-state quarterback after throwing for 2,925 yards, which made him the all-time passing leader in the state with 7,839 career yards. Belina earned first-team honors as after rushing for 2,647 yards last season to bring his career total to 6,607 yards rushing.

This year’s Nebraska/Kansas game will be played at Doane College on June 26th at 7pm. Here is the roster for this year’s team:
