Former Creighton Player, Korver On The Move

July 10, 2010 By NRN Sports

A former Creighton Blue Jay is headed to a new home in the NBA.  Kyle Korver is moving from the Utah Jazz to the Chicago Bulls.  He signed a three year deal on Friday with the Bulls worth about 15 million dollars.

Korver is a career 41 percent three point shooter.  He shot over 50 percent from behind the arch last season for Utah.  Korver is also a career 88 percent free throw shooter.

Korver has been in the NBA for seven seasons, playing with the Jazz and also with the Philadelphia 76ers.  His best season in the league was in 2006, when he averaged more than 14 points off the bench for the 76ers.

Korver will be reunited in Chicago with teammate Carlos Boozer who signed a deal with the Bulls on Thursday.
