Nebraska wide receiver Niles Paul will do community service after pleading guilty to Minor In Possession charges for an incident last May. This comes in place of a $400 fine.
Back on the 28th of May, around 1:30 a.m., Paul was cited on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor and urinating in public near Centennial Mall just off O Street in Lincoln. His blood-alcohol level was .104 percent.
Paul, who won’t be 21 until August, was arrested for driving under the influence in April of 2009. Paul pleaded guilty to reckless driving and got a $150 fine and was suspended for the Spring Game by head coach Bo Pelini.
