The growing disconnect between the EPA and agriculture is troubling. So says Nebraska U.S. Senator Mike Johanns. He is concerned over a proposed idea from the EPA to regulate dust.
“Dust is inherent in agriculture there’s no way you can do agriculture and not raise some dust drive, you can’t drag equipment across a field at planting time or even a pickup down a gravel road without kicking up dust.”
Johanns is signing a letter to the director of the E-P-A asking them to abandon the regulation.
