The Omaha Royals can not put any together offensively until their very last at bat as they lose last night to the Fresno Grizzlies, 4 to 2. The loss ended the Royals two game winning streak.
Fresno would strike first putting together one run in the third and then two more in the fourth. The Grizzlies last run would come in the bottom of the eighth inning.
In the ninth, the Royals would finally get something going as Jarrod Dyson led off the inning with a single. He would move to third base after a double by Mike Moustakas.
Ed Lucas would then hit a single that would score Dyson. Lucas May would then reach on an error that would score Moustakas.
The Royals will be back at Rosenblatt Stadium tonight to start a 13 game home stand. They will start that off with a game against the Memphis Redbirds. Matt Herges is expected to get the start for Omaha.
