The Nebraska Department of Insurance will host the last of three forums to discuss the concept of a health care exchange.
State Insurance Director Bruce Ramge says his agency received a grant to study the implications of developing a health care exchange as part of the federal health care law. Ramge says public forums are a way to obtain valuable information.
Today’s (Monday) meeting on health insurance exchanges will begin at 5:30 at Northeast Community College in Norfolk. Informal public comments will be taken from those attending.
Other meetings were held last week in Gering and Kearney.
