Back on February 2nd, the Missouri women had one of it’s best offensive game against Nebraska beating NU 76-69. However, Tuesday night, at the Devaney Center, it was the Huskers who dictated how the night would go in a 76-34 win for the Huskers.
After going through three overtime games in the last four, it was clear that Missouri just didn’t have the legs to keep up with Nebraska who snapped a six game losing streak. NU held Missouri to 18% shooting while their 49% the best in league play this year.
Lindsey Moore led four Huskers in double figures with 23 points, including a career-high-tying five three-pointers. Junior forward Harleen Sidhu had a career-high 12 points off the bench hitting 5-of-7 shots. Senior center Catheryn Redmon scored 13 points, four rebounds and five blocked shots, while freshman forward Jordan Hooper added 10 points and four rebounds in just 19 minutes.
