Senator Greg Adams of York says more lottery dollars will be allocated for education over the next two years. A suggested increase in the teacher certification fee will not increase to $70 dollars from $55 as had been proposed in the bill that is advancing on second round. Adams says he and many other Senators are worried about increasing fees on teachers in this economy.
