Nebraska coach Bo Pelini says defensive tackle Jared Crick will miss the rest of spring practice because of a knee injury. Sean Callahan, a contributor to Nebraska Radio Network says it is a MCL injury.
Crick should be full speed in a few weeks and will be able to participate in the Cornhuskers’ offseason program. Pelini said there’s no reason to rush him back onto the field this spring. Crick, who was injured Monday, made 70 tackles last season and led the team with 9 1/2 sacks.
