Donahue says when they realized it was a person, they immediately called the police.

Donahue says it was during his morning run that he was stopped by
“He said he thought he saw a dead body in the water so we went over
there and we saw two feet with shoes on sticking up.”
Fire Rescue personnel pulled the body from the lake. No word from Omaha Police on who it may be or if there was foul play involved. Donahue says it appeared to be the body of an older woman.
