I think one of the biggest concerns with any team coming off a bye week is being able to ramp up that intensity again, especially coming off an emotional win like the Huskers did against Ohio State. I hate the term trap game, but next up on the schedule is Minnesota. 1-5 record and you look at their schedule…they got beat at home 37-24 to North Dakota State and got shellacked 58-0 in Ann Arbor and lost 45-17 to Purdue. Earlier in the season though, they beat Miami of Ohio a decent team out of the MAC lost to New Mexico State by a touchdown and lost at USC by just a final score of 19-17. It’s the Gophers homecoming, first Big Ten home game, offensive coordinator Tim Beck has been telling his offense, don’t take this team lightly.
