The unfolding scandal at Penn State could pose a tough situation for Nebraska football players in Saturday’s game against the Lions. Former Cornhusker Defensive Coordinator Charlie McBride says players are going to have to tune out the chatter.
McBride says those on the field will have to black out all other things and focus. He says one of the most important things a player shouldn’t do is to make comments back to those who are heckling.
McBride advises those on the field to play the game with closed mouths and not react to anything said to them.
