Everyone loves the movies and a piece of Tinsel Town is in Omaha. Nancy Lawson is the curator for an exhibit now on display at the Durham Museum. Lawson says they are very pleased to bring this one-of-a-kind costume display to the metro area. The 43 costumes on display are from Oscar winning films or those nominated.
The display includes costumes worn by the actors of “The Pirates of the Caribbean”, “Phantom of the Opera”, “Casanova” and “Sherlock Homes” to name a few. Some of the actors include Johnny Depp, Robert Downey Jr., Kate Winslet, Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansen.
The exhibit is on display and will remain at the Durham Museum through April 29th.
