An Iowa man has been spending some unwanted time in Nebraska.
The Nebraska State Patrol reports 33-year-old Kevin Jones of Windsor Heights, Iowa has been charged with possession of marijuana for the second time in a little more than a couple of weeks. Both times troopers stopped Jones on I-80.
On Sunday, a trooper stopped Jones near the Pleasant Dale interchange in Seward County and seized nearly 30 pounds of marijuana and a small quantity of hashish. On December 31st, Jones was stopped near Kearney in Buffalo County. A trooper seized 35 pounds of marijuana during that stop.
Jones is incarcerated in the Seward County jail.
