The Omaha Storm Chasers put together a three-run rally in the ninth inning capped off by Irving Falu’s walk off single that was punched into right-center field as Omaha won 6-5 for their second straight walk off win over Round Rock. The rally started when Kevin Kouzmanoff (3-for-5 with three RBI), singled in two runs with the bases loaded and two outs to tie the game at 5-5.
Round Rock (2-5) grabbed a 3-2 lead after putting up three runs in the third. They followed that up with another run in the sixth to pad their lead to 4-2. The Storm Chasers fought back and scored a run in the bottom of the sixth when Jamie Romak doubled in Tony Abreu. The Express extended their lead back to two in the eighth to grab a 5-3 lead.
