The NCAA Division II track and field championships wrapped up in Pueblo, Colorado this weekend. All America honors went out to in-state student athletes. Nebraska Kearney junior Marty Molina earned All-America honors in the triple jump, Paul Pape became the first Loper male to earn honors in 11 years in the 800 meter run.
Chadron State’s Jazmyn Webster tied for sixth place in the high jump and earned All-American honors for both indoors and outdoors this season. Nicole Brungardt of Wayne State College earned All-American honors in the 100 meter dash finals with an eighth place finish. The Nebraska Track and Field squad qualified 15 for this weekend’s NCAA championships in Iowa after wrapping up prelims in Austin Texas this weekend.
