With more than four months to go before November, a wide margin has developed in the race for U.S. Senate in Nebraska.
Two polls released this week show Republican Deb Fischer with at least a 14 point lead.
Democrat Bob Kerrey says that Super PAC advertising has changed campaigning.
Kerrey is travelling parts of the state today to speak with various groups. He criticizes Fischer for pledging to not raise taxes, saying balancing the budget will require to not raise taxes.
Kerrey says he will continue to deliver his message throughout the state.
A Democratic poll shows Fischer with a 14 point lead, while a Republican poll has her ahead by 25 points.
