A Vermont man has been charged with intent to sell marijuana after a Labor Day traffic stop by a Nebraska State Patrol trooper uncovered 104 lbs. of marijuana.
The patrol reports that 25-year-old Nathaniel Miller of Jericho, VT was stopped Monday morning near the Lincoln Airport exit on I-80, because his pick-up didn’t have a front license plate. The patrol says Miller gave the trooper permission to search the truck. He found several packages under the bed liner of the pick-up, containing 104.3 lbs. of marijuana.
Miller is in jail in Lancaster County.
