Charges are filed against the Wyoming man who is accused of causing the deaths of two Scottsbluff teens while driving drunk.
The Goshen County Attorney filed charges against 22-year-old Ethan Kaufman: two counts of aggravated homicide by vehicle for the deaths of Hallie Anderson and Alexis Wheeler, plus two charges of DUI causing serious bodily injury regarding teenagers Tyler Hill and Stetson Allen.
Kaufman turned himself in to the Goshen County Detention Center Monday night in Torrington, Wyoming.
The crash happened near the Wyoming/Nebraska line on January 9.
Anderson and Wheeler were students at WNCC in Scottsbluff.
