Congressional hearings start Wednesday regarding an attack in Benghazi Libya last September that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans. Three witnesses or “whistleblowers” plan to testify and there are accusations that the Obama Administration mishandled the tragedy and then tried to cover it up. Nebraska’s 2nd District Congressman Lee Terry says those responsible need to be held accountable.
The word impeachment has been brought into the mix but Congressman Terry says it won’t be at the presidential level because he isn’t sure any laws have been broken. He has also heard others call the actions within the Administration treason.
Congressman Terry says it is now the job of Congress to make sure the truth is known.
