A 79-year-old Nebraska Game and Parks worker might have suffered a medical emergency just prior to his pickup running off a road and crashing into a tree.
Richard Reveillac died in the medical helicopter taking him to Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, according to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the office, Reveillac had been driving a state pick-up on the main road of Platte River State Park near Louisville Sunday evening. The truck veered off the road and rammed into a tree.
Reveillac was a resident of the Louisville area.
