Eight year old Jack Hoffman’s pediatric brain cancer is in remission. His family received news on Wednesday that Jack’s tumor shrunk after more than a year of chemotherapy treatments. Jack will have additional MRIs every three months.
Andy Hoffman, Jack’s father, told the Omaha World-Herald that his son’s prognosis is “the best possible scenario.”
Jack became a national hero, when he joined the Husker football team during the spring game and ran for a 69-yard touchdown in April.
