The Huskers had a big recruiting weekend which included visits from two, four-star recruits. While both players have given an answer, they were impressed during their time in Lincoln.
6’2, 216 pound Kalen Ballage is the top recruit coming out of Colorado. He’s leaning towards Arizona State, but is keeping his options open. Also, Saddleback Community College’s Eric Lauderdale has his choices down to Nebraska, Florida Tennessee, Arizona State, and Oregon. The 6’2, 200 pound wide out said playing time and winning are a key and he likes the minimal distractions around campus.

Plus Junior I-back Ameer Abdullah led the list of honorees, as the Nebraska football team gathered for its annual banquet on Sunday afternoon in Lincoln. Abdullah was named the team’s MVP.
