It is a one-stop conference for business owners in Nebraska. Kim Preston is the MarketPlace coordinator for the Center for Rural Affairs and says this year’s event will be held on February 11th at the Nielsen Community Center in West Point.
This event is designed for those with a small business or those thinking about starting one. It will be a day of practical information on how to develop a business, marketing, financing, community development, health care laws to how use social media.
MarketPlace also features those successful in starting their own small business and they will set up shop in the exhibit hall. Those attending the event will then be able to meet with those folks throughout the day to network.
