A manager of a Lincoln restaurant has been fired after being charged with videotaping waitresses as they changed clothes in their dressing room.
Lincoln police have charged 29-year-old Dustin Lindgren with a felony.
Police Officer Katie Flood says the investigation at The Tilted Kilt Pub began innocently enough when a waitress noticed her manager’s cell phone in the pocket of his jacket, which he left hanging in the dressing room.
She returned the phone.
When a second female employee of the restaurant noticed the same arrangement, she confronted Lindgren, then called police.
Investigations have confiscated Lindren’s cell phone and laptop computer. It could have as many as 10 videos of employees on it in various stages of dress.
