Sixteen-year-old Hayden Graham was given two years of probation and had his driver’s license revoked for 19 months after pleading no contest to Motor Vehicle Homicide and texting while driving in September.
Graham’s probation includes specific terms designed to help educate others about the dangers of using cell phones while behind the wheel. He was ordered to work with the Cheyenne County Sheriff to develop a presentation for schools and organizations showing the dangers of texting while driving.
Nineteen-year-old Karman Reichman of Chappell was killed when her vehicle and Graham’s collided head-on along Highway 30 just outside of Sidney late at night on July 31.
