The Nebraska State Patrol reports a trooper stopped an eastbound rental truck just off the NW 48th Street exit in Lincoln. An NSP drug dog brought to the scene sniffed out the marijuana coming from the cargo area of the truck. The marijuana was concealed in the furniture in the truck.
The trooper also stopped a car traveling with the truck, seizing 1.5 grams of cocaine, some marijuana for personal use, and paraphernalia. The trooper also found a rental agreement for the truck in the car.
The truck driver, 54-year-old Janice Badheart Bullshaw of Huntington Beach, CA has been charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to sell it. The driver of the car, 26-year-old
Andy Q. Le of Garden Grove, CA has also been charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to sell it as well as cocaine possession.
