A mother and son have pleaded no contest to charges they stole money from their mother and grandmother, a resident of an Omaha area nursing home.
The Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud and Patient Abuse Unit brought charges against Kimberly Hill and Jordan Hill, both of Omaha. The two are accused of stealing from Mary Hill.
Jordan Hall pleaded no contest before Douglas County District Judge Kimberly Pankonin and was found guilty of a felony. Hall has been placed on five years probation and ordered to serve six months in jail. He also is required to pay $7,229.84 restitution to his grandmother.
Kimberly Hill also pleaded no contest. She has been convicted of a misdemeanor; sentenced to one year probation, three months in jail, and ordered to pay $1,123.60 in restitution to her mother.
